Would highly recommend Dr James… I am 53 yrs old and he is definitely the best pcp I have ever had.. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and will discuss an action plan with you.. does not make you feel rushed or that you are just another number on paper.. His office staff have always been very polite and extremely helpful.. They all seem to work well together and always there to help… I would never go anywhere else.. Want a real doctor who cares then go to Dr James..

He's a great Dr! He was on call the day I was in the ER with shortness of breath & he diagnosed me before the tests came back with Major PE. I'm lucky he caught it. I refer him to anyone in the area. He's an excellent Dr.

So nervous about finding a new Family Doctor. Hate medical professionals in general. They never seem to listen and always act rushed. Dr. James was TERRIFIC! He sat with me. Listened to me and made me feel as if I was his only patient all day! He asked lots of questions and made sure I understood everything before I left. He is a new doctor so to speak which to me gives him an edge on being up to date with new medical devices and treatments. Thank you Dr. James! Welcome to Sweetwater.

So glad I have finally found a great doctor who truly cares about his patients. I drive a total of 3 hours to and from to go to him and It is totally worth it and all the lady's who work here are the absolute best!! I've had so many different health issues and Dr.James and all the ladies there are always so kind and caring. It's been a few years now since he became my doctor and I'm so thankful.

I changed my PCP to Dr. James this past December. No need to say who I left. Dr. James is absolutely incredible! Very attentive and has incredible “bed side” manner! There are just so many things he brought up that my previous PCP never thought were important. His staff is exceptional - friendly, professional and makes you feel important! My previous PCP’s staff was extremely rude. Dr. James took time to explain many things and has a great personality. Best change I made since moving to TN! Would recommend Dr. James to anyone. My husband also goes to him now and loves him!

Today was my First appointment with Dr James I noticed he was very respectful and listened when I'm talking and that means a lot. He takes his time listening and talking to you and he's not in a Hurry like some Doctors I've experienced in the past. I'm very pleased I finally found A Good Doctor I like and trust in my care. The staff was all polite and helpful and kind and that's what it's all about very professional people working there. From a Thankful and pleased patient and I will definitely recommend Dr. James to Anyone.
